Career pathways.

Lifelong learning.
Our education and career pathway programs are designed to help foster careers at Mildura Base Public Hospital and Mallee Track Health and Community Service in health, mental health, aged care and community service.
Through our connections with schools, TAFEs and universities we open up opportunities for participation and lifelong learning with work experience and training programs such as taster days for secondary school students, and work placements for tertiary students, as well as graduate programs and Transition to Practice programs for post-tertiary candidates.
We are committed to ensuring our healthcare workforce provides high-quality, evidence-based care, fostering patient safety and satisfaction. We do this through clinical and non-clinical development opportunities. This includes courses that are relevant for nurses, junior medical staff and allied health professionals.
